Here are some things to know about the Mobile Protected Firepower program – the first newly designed combat vehicle fielded in over four decades! This is achieved through a combination of armor, active protective systems, and advanced sensors and communications systems. These vehicles are designed to be highly survivable and able to provide a high level of protection for the soldiers inside. The MPF vehicles will protect the advances of infantry in hostile areas and empower the Army with an effective force, which is critical in today’s fast-paced and ever-changing battlefield environment.
